Our explorations are open to children aged 5 and over, depending on the package chosen:

• 2004 Découverte - Bassin bleu: ideal for families, gentle pace.
• 2004 Adventure and 2007: for fit people who like a bit of exercise.

You don't need to be an athlete, but you do need to be able to :

• walking for several hours on uneven ground,
• sometimes with your back bent, on all fours or crawling slightly,
• accept a short climb, a small abseil and a handrail for the 2007 coulée and Bassin Bleu.
• Contraindications: reduced mobility, pregnancy, heart or respiratory problems.

For claustrophobia :
Don't hesitate to express your fears. But rest assured, most caves do not require narrow passages.

It all starts with a request for availability:

• you choose your exploration
• indicate the date and time you require (morning, afternoon) and the number of participants (adults/children)
• Within a maximum of 12 hours, you will receive an e-mail, message or call to validate or make a proposal.
• You will receive confirmation of your booking by email or message, with the GPS coordinates of the meeting point and a list of the equipment you need to bring with you.

For prices :

• Adults / Children (5-12): prices according to package (detailed on each page),
• Group discount: from 4 people, -5€ or -10€ (depending on package),
• Privatisation: possible for groups of 4 or more (on request), with supplement. .

For groups (schools, holiday centres, companies), by quotation: you tell us the date, the number of participants and the profile of the group, and we will define the most suitable format (duration, level, educational or team-building objectives).

The weather can change rapidly on Réunion, especially on the volcano. We take stock before each outing:

• if the conditions remain acceptable and safe, the exit is maintained: once in the tunnel, we will still be subject to humidity, but without risk.
• if the weather makes access or progress risky (heavy rain, vigilance, etc.), we will cancel or reschedule.

In this case :

• you will be notified as soon as possible,
• we will first suggest a new date or another suitable formula,
• The exact terms and conditions are specified in our cancellation conditions at the time of booking.
• Safety first: we never “force” an outing to fill the schedule.

We supply all the technical equipment:

• Helmet
• Headlamp
• Gloves
• Knee pads
• Harness/lanyards for rope access, where necessary.

At your expense :

• closed shoes (trainers or hiking boots),
• long, worn trousers (which can get dirty),
• worn T-shirt or long-sleeved top (to protect elbows/forearms),
• A small bag for: rain jacket, sun cream, mosquito repellent, water and snacks,
• a complete change of clothes for afterwards (you can sweat... or be rinsed off!).

Everything you wear can end up dusty, damp or a little damaged: avoid clothes that are important to you.
