2.2 Browsing data (Matomo audience measurement)

The Site uses Matomo to measure the audience and improve the Site (aggregate statistics: pages consulted, duration, device, origin, etc.).
We configure Matomo to limit the data and, where possible, to respect the conditions that allow us to use the data. consent exemption (strictly limited audience measurement, anonymised IP, no cross-referencing, no inter-site tracking, possibility of opposition/opt-out, etc.).

3) Purposes and legal basis

We process your data for :

A) Responding to your requests (contact form)

Purpose : process and respond to your messages, requests for information and availability/quotation requests.
Legal basis : pre-contractual measures (if the claim is for a benefit) and/or legitimate interest to respond to requests. (Service Public Entreprendre)

B) Audience measurement (Matomo)

Purpose : traffic statistics, optimisation of the Site, detection of navigation problems, improvement of performance and ergonomics.
Legal basis : legitimate interest the publisher to measure and improve its Site, within the limits set by CNIL recommendations (anonymised/aggregated data, limited purpose, etc.).

4) Data recipients

The data is intended for :

6) Shelf life

6.1 Contact forms

Data relating to a request: retained for the time required to process the request, then archived if necessary (follow-up, proof) for a proportionate period.
Recommended benchmark (common practice) : up to 3 years from the last contact if the request is unsuccessful (prospect). (To be adjusted according to your organisation).

6.2 Matomo (audience measurement)

In accordance with CNIL recommendations for exempt audience measurement tracking systems:

tracer lifetime recommendation of approximately 13 months ;
how long we keep the information we collect : 25 months maximum.

7) Cookies/trackers and Matomo opt-out

Matomo may place tracers (cookies) and/or use technical identifiers for audience measurement.
