Rivière des Remparts tunnels
Have you climbed Les Salazes and explored the island’s canyons? Perfect! All that’s left is to explore these tunnels nestled in the heart of the Rivière des Remparts.
What you'll experience:
We’ll be covering this Citrons Galets ravine, with a 450-metre descent beneath the Nez de Bœuf, alternating between walking and abseiling. At times beneath immense lava ceilings, at others beneath a magnificent tropical canopy, you’ll experience this timeless adventure in a wild and unspoilt setting.
To finish off, we’ll start by taking a leisurely walk up the path that runs alongside the ravine, before ending with a gentle climb up the rampart!

- Equipment supplied Helmet, headlamp, gloves, kneepads (harness depending on the cave)
- What to expect Closed shoes, worn long trousers, t-shirt (ideally long-sleeved and worn), small bag (rain jacket, sun cream, mosquito repellent, water, snacks), change of clothes.
